❓ What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 5kg per SKU. Mixed orders are welcome — for example, 5kg biltong + 5kg droëwors qualifies as a 10kg order.
❓ Do you offer custom / white-label packaging?
Yes! We offer custom branded packaging for retail and gifting clients. Minimum quantities apply. Contact us to discuss your branding requirements.
❓ How long does delivery take for wholesale orders?
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery to major cities takes 1–2 days; regional areas 2–4 days.
❓ What payment terms are available?
New wholesale clients pay upfront via EFT, PayFast, or Ozow. Established clients can apply for a 30-day trade account after 3 successful orders.
❓ Can I get product samples before ordering?
Yes — we offer a sample pack for new wholesale clients. A nominal fee applies and is credited against your first full order. Mention this in your enquiry.
❓ Do you supply outside South Africa?
Currently we supply within South Africa only. International wholesale enquiries are welcome — please indicate your country in the message field and we’ll advise on export options.
